I bought 2 big deals from Master Chimney Sweepers. I bought one that was chimney cleaning and one that was for chimney cap and I did not use the chimney cap. When they came in, they came in with a super high price of what it would cost and then I got competitive prices from other companies and they were just so much less expensive. It was like night and day. They were certainly nice enough guys but I was put off by the price. They came out and they swept the chimney and they said everything was fine and then we had another problem. It wasn't cheap. Their service was great but they were very expensive. The service was good. They were a professional organization and they acted professional but their prices went through the roof.

Initial call was for cleaning and chimney cap. In the process of preparation, it was discovered that the tile liner had deteriorated beyond repair and needed replacement. At initial visit, broken and remaining tiles were removed and chimney cleaned.
Second visit for replacement scheduled at that time. Both times arrival was punctual, courteous, and thorough. The work went well and the area cleaned following service.

Was punctual, kept the area clean, no post clean up work. Company called day before to confirm appointment window. I had used this company last year for the same job and was impressed by their technician at the time. The company called me in the summer offering 33% off for repeat customers, so I took them up on the offer. The technician found a piece of fiber board was broken in the wood insert (stove).

The company called twice to confirm appointment which was set up several weeks ago, and arrived on time. Got down to business right away. I was expecting to have to clean up after the job was done, but no need. Vinny was very professional, clearly explained what he was going to do. Discussed options with me in terms of repairs without any sales pressure. Expected a so-so job, but was impressed. Highly recommend.
