They did a fabulous job. I had not marked it properly for them so when i tried to put it back on the vanity it didn't fit correctly. They redid it at no charge to me and were great about it.

Great. I called this place and one another and described the job. As it was a relatively small job, the price in both cases was dictated by their service call minimum. The minimum for Macneil was a hundred dollars lower than the other place. I called on a Tuesday and we scheduled it for a Friday. The scheduler told me they'd come between 11am-12pm. They arrived at about 12:02 and apologized for being late because of an unexpectedly long earlier job (I didn't really even consider that late so I'm giving them an A on punctuality). The whole job took 20 minutes. Quality of work seems solid for now--apparently it takes two weeks to fully harden.

I thought the price was a bit excessive. I think what they do is they charge a standard installation and I don't know how many windows that they've charged. I think that's what happened. It was just one window that they had to replace the panes of glass. I think it was more than what we wanted to spend. I had used them before and we liked them so I used them again. I think it was the pricing. The rest was fine. They were very professional. They were great.

My interaction with the staff has been fine and they met their schedule.

I called them in the morning and they were onsite by 1pm the same day. Unbelievable service over the phone, clean and professional onsite, and the price was great too! I would absolutely hire them again.

They came and measured, gave me a estimate, approximate time when glass would be ready. When the glass came in they came and installed it. They were punctual, work was good. I have forgotten the price but is was under $500 and the estimated price was the true price

the work itself was excellent. In addition to putting the mirror in the glass, they repaired and strengthened the frame at no additional charge.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. Mr. MacNeil is very professional in dealing with clients, as is his assistant. Their estimator and the two men who later did the actual work were exactly on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable. Experienced in construction trades, the two window techs handled the corroded window frames very capably. They cleaned up and made sure everything was in order when they left.
