+ -1 moreJoe the Painter does excellent work for me. I have nothing bad to say about him or his work. He is very neat and cleans up well. He is also very careful not to damage my property and uses drop cloths. He charges a very fair price, but I can't remember what it was this time.
Description of Work: He painted 2 ceilings and 2 bedrooms. He first prepped the walls.
