Massimo was very prompt and offered good explanations of my different options for my needs. He took the time to make me feel comfortable about making the right decision for my needs. Tim, who installed the shade came at the scheduled window time. He was friendly and competent. The shade looks great and fits my exact needs. I would use this company again.

Very well. I have had many window treatments done by Innuwindow, and, as before, I was able to schedule a measurement appointment very quickly, the shade was ordered, and as soon as it arrived, I was notified and an installation appointment was scheduled. They made every effort to schedule it on a day and time totally convenient for me. I have always been very satisfied.

Mitch Cohen, sales consultant was excellent. He spent much time with us, both in the store and in our new home, so that we ordered what we needed at the price we could afford. He was knowledgeable, witty, patient and directed us to the right products for us. Tim Lee the installer was professional and personable. The window treatments were perfectly installed.

It all went well, as have all the installations I have had done by Innuwindow. I have purchased approximately 18 various window treatments over several years from this company and will continue to go back. Rick is exceptional in his customer relationships, he is helpful and always attentive to cost. He has always been my first point of reference when I call for a new product. He has also helped in coordinating installations for me as well as for other family members. The rest of the staff and those doing the installations were similarly professional, attentive to detail, and easy to work with.

Install went well. Thought the owner (woman with design experience) was coming out on initial meeting. Instead her husband who installs came out. He recommended a color match that was a shade off. I felt rushed to choose and could not find a place to get up close to the ceiling to verify color myself. will only hire if I know exactly what i want and their price is best

they measured each window - on install there were nothing but problems - they didn't fit properly and they refused to rectify or take responsibility. they offered poor excuses

"We're sorry this member had a bad experience with us. The work was completed in 2012 and I think I visited this home myself to view the issues they had. The member was concerned with the measured width of some bedroom shades. We did replace one shade for the member. We show no follow-up repairs, etc. When measuring for shades we check all windows in three places and industry standards dictate we use the most narrow width. When windows are out of square there may be a spot where a shade seems narrow or may rub the jamb. We do our best to properly measure each window but they are never perfectly square and so these issues arise periodically. We try to let Innuwindow customers know ahead of time that these issues are a possibility/"
