I-HAUL DISPOSAL SVC

Although Buz was responsive, it was difficult to get an estimate for the job without him seeing the materials and it doesn't make sense for him to visit twice.  We decided to trust that it wouldn't be excessive and hired him.

We placed the junk behind our house and he removed it while we were away during the day.  He left a couple of cans of sealant because he couldn't dispose of it easily.

I could have disposed of all of this stuff for free legally in St. Petersburg, Florida.  It's frustrating to have to pay so much for disposal here but I-Haul did a fine job.

Prompt response with return phone called, discussed what I needed removed, estimate given.  Arrived at appointed day and time and all removed and then some with no problems.  I support local businesses as feel more personalized service.  Would definitely use services, again! 

My basement flooded for the first time. I needed items taken away and I needed wall-to-wall carpeting with pad removed. Buz responded promptly, gave me an estimate over the phone, came on short notice and did everything in two hours. He came in a dump truck and had all the necessary tools. I needed the work done right away and did not get other estimates so I do not know how the price would compare.

Very well. Described type and quantity of trash over phone and he gave me an estimate. When he arrived it was less than he expected, so he dropped the price. He also suggested another, cheaper option for disposing of some other wood that I needed to get rid of.

Buz was very responsive and was able to come out the same day, though he said that was lucky based on his schedule. He and one other guy loaded up our pile of junk and took it away. Price was in line with other general estimates for what the job should cost, and they took every piece of the pile away, even the little scraps. Original estimate over the phone was a little lower than the final price but it was close, and there was room to negotiate a bit after he saw the pile and gave a firm quote.
