H&H Chimney Services

The service provided was phenomenal!!! After many days of accumulating snow and ice, we suddenly had a huge problem with numerous leaks in the ceilings of a dozen rooms, five skylights and most doorways. There were buckets, pails and towels everywhere. We have lived in this house for 20 years and never experienced anything like this. A friend referred H&H, a chimney services company that also does ice dam work. We were not an existing customer, but on a day when many homeowners were scrambling for these services, the owner took our call, kept us posted about an expected time of service, and showed up with a team of three men earlier than expected. "Our rate is $75.00 per hour per man and we have four men." They began work, at a very ambitious pace, seemingly everywhere over a very complicated roof system at once, shoveling and chopping, shoveling and chopping. As the first hour ended, they were nowhere near finished and the pace did not slacken at all. At what I clocked to be near two hours of work, they wrapped up. When I ventured outside, I could not believe the magnitude of the work they had done. The roofs were clear and there were gigantic piles of snow and ice everywhere. The bill? $650.00. I protested it as being too low. The owner was certain about the bill. They left, with a tip, and I have never been so grateful.
