Fachini Painting

Fachini Painting brought my house back to life. After years of neglect, the faded paint and dull trim had to be revitalized. The crew spent time on the prep portion of house paining thus assuring the final paint application will last for years. The crew was respectful and obliging my many requests. The punch list was short and quickly finished without any comment. In fact, there was no argument about anything I wanted done. When I was indecisive, they waited until I decided or asked for their guidance. I never felt pushed, whether I took their advice or not. I appreciated the lack of arguing about what I wanted, the punch list or clean-up. The attitude was “the customer is right, it is their house” and “I want you to be happy” with the results. Every man on the crew was pleasant, courteous and deferential. I wish all the workmen could be like them. You have to decide if you want the power wash to include bleach or not. If the house is surrounded with flower beds, the owner needs to do some homework in protecting the plants. I should have marked or safeguarded against accidental trampling of my older or favorite plants. Once pointed out, the crew did a much better job of maneuvering among the flowers. I am most pleased with the results and my neighbors are thrilled to view what looks like a new house.

Anderson, the owner, was very attentive from the first call we made to him. He came out promptly to give us an estimate on painting the exterior of our house (including our fence) and gave us a very fair price. Anderson and his painters paid a lot of attention to detail and were very neat and clean with their preparation and clean-up. He also replaced two of our thresholds that were quite old. We've gotten many compliments from neighbors on how beautiful the house looks! Anderson did much of the work himself or was supervising his staff daily. Anderson takes great pride in his work and he will be doing some interior painting for us in the near future.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Anderson is a simply wonderful man. He is kind, gentle, accommodating, and so reliable. It was hot as **** last summer but he and his guys showed up every day - no complaints. They were efficient , hard-working and extremely neat with regards to the actual paint job (it was perfect). Anderson takes great pride in his work and is respectful and supportive of his staff. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Anderson was very professional. He arrived when he said he would. He was trustworthy and communicative during the job. His team was also professional and very pleasant. We couldn't have been more pleased with Fachini Painting. The owner, Anderson, is a wonderful, kind man. He was super organized, efficient, patient, and stoic about the extreme heat and humidity while working at our house. Everything on the property was kept neat and tidy, and there was no damage to the landscape around our home. The final product could not be better. Very detailed paint job. Excellent work all around. Anderson and his employees are so friendly and nice to have around - we (and our dogs...) will miss them!

I am more than delighted. It was an unexpected solution to my problem that he came up with, and it looks absolutely fabulous. The painting everwhere was perfect. The men came and went on the dates we set up. They were clean, decent very nice fellows. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

  The 10/4/14 project was the second project that Anderson and his crew has done for us.  We initially contracted Fachini Painting about 6 months prior to paint the interior of a few of our first floor rooms and master bedroom.  The second project involved painting, some carpentry and repair of our basement along with finishing up our first floor, which included a large vaulted ceiling.

I found Anderson to be a very professional, hardworking, honest and friendly man [great with pets].  He is a very knowledgeable and skilled painter, as well as a very good carpenter when it came to repairs and impromptu project add-ons.  His crew was also very courteous and hard working.  The got to our home on time, went right to work and kept their work area clean during and after each day. They were also very careful to protect all of our furniture and other items, putting everything back in its original place.  I found the quality of their work to be excellent and their cost to be very reasonable. 

We are engaging Anderson?s services for a third time to repair ice dam damage that occurred this winter along with painting the remainder of our interior. 

There were no problems  regarding the painting however,during the 2nd exterior job...on of his painter somehow  accidentally punctured the rubber membrane on the dormer roof and water came streaming into the living room. Fortunately I was home and Anderson came immediately with a roofer and stood on the roof..in the soaking rain..until it was repaired. There was no discussion except  Anderson apologized for the situation and didn't ...leave the job until it was 100%.....

Fachini Painting was recommended to me by a client who told me they produced excellent results when painting for her.  Although the price quoted was high, we are happy to pay for excellent results. Fachini told us he guaranteed satisfaction! Not what we got.  First we supplied the materials. When I asked the treads and rail be stained to match the wood flooring, the painter just requested I just tell him what color.  So I custom mixed the stain myself to match.  He did not seem to know how to do this.  They failed to wipe the stain after application so when they returned to apply the finish coat it was still tacky.   We sent them away to come back when the stain was dry.   They failed to properly prepare the treads so they certainly are non slip now with a gritty finish.  The painter argued with my husband when told BOTH sides of the closet doors need to be painted.  I could have hired a painter  used previously for 1/3 the cost and gotten the same results, but we wanted an excellent job since the stairs were very costly to have built.  I will have to finish the stairs myself. I would not wantthis painter back. We paid in full.  Lesson learned.

Good job done right, no complaints, price couldn't get anywhere better. They work hard and they do a really great job you can just see it by there work.

Mr. Fachini.. As always..accomdated me promptly..and his crew takes great pride in their work......Qualities we all hope to receive from those companies that maintain our homes...
