 + -1 moreBAIT AND SWITCH... RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE I contacted them about a remote starter for my car. I told them the Make, Model and year and when they quoted me a price, I responded and asked if there were any additional fee's such as the need for a bypass module. They told me that the price was $299.99 and there was no need for any modules. When I got there, (they were 20 mins late thus making me late for work) they told me that it needed an additional $50 bypass module and told me if I didn't like it to leave. He even tried to tell me it was MY fault for not telling him about my car when I told him everything in the first email that I showed him and he told me its still my fault. I woke up early to get my car to him and when he finally got there, late, he tried to charge me an extra $50 from what he told me it would cost.
Description of Work: I contacted them about a Remote starter for my Car. I told them the Year, Make and Model and asked if there were any additional Fee's or Bypass modules needed. He told me no additional fee's or modules needed in the price quoted. When I arrived, he told me it needed an additional $50 Part plus installation.

Description of Work: I tried to program a new remote for my remote start which I had installed by someone else years ago and after I did that the car would not even start with the key so I called Express and was told to have the car towed so they could look at it. They told me that the replacement remote that I bought would not work with my remote start and they told me that they couldn't re program the original remote that I had so they said I needed a new remote start. First I was told it would be $380 then the price kept changing and finally they said they would do it for $250. I was not told there would be no alarm included. When i brought my car in I had a remote start with an alarm. I got the car home and the trunk button didn't open the trunk it unlocked the doors instead. Also the panic button did not work.I brought the car back and was told that the panic button was not supposed to work. First lie I was told. Second lie was that the trunk button was not supposed to work unless they ran a wire and they said they would have to charge me for it. My previous remote start had a trunk button that worked. So they did not fix my panic button or my trunk button and now I'm stuck with a $250 piece of junk. Also there is a wire just hanging about my gas and brake petal. I will never never go there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I will also be submitting a report to the better business bureau.

 + -1 moreHis work is impeccable. There isn't a grain of sand anywhere when he is done. The car is immaculate and it shines like new inside and out. He truly takes pride in his work. He is not cheap, but he is definitely worth it. You get what you pay for.
Description of Work: I have used him for all of my auto detailing for my SUV, and he has also taken some dents out.
