 + 1 moreI couldn t have been happier with this contractor. He was extremely efficient with his time and really helped me get the house in perfect condition. He did a lot of smaller jobs as well as those I already mentioned and when he was done, I sold the house within a day. I highly recommend him and wouldn t hesitate to call him again when I need him.
Description of Work: We were selling our home and this contractor did all the general repairs in order to bring it to a level by which we could get the selling price we were asking for. He did eave repairs, redid a great deal of the plumbing in the house, including sink and drain systems which took some drilling and pipe replacement, as well as moderate roofing repair. This included shingle replacement as well as damaged board replacement. He was with us about 2 months in total and when he left, he did a final clean up and dumping of all the waste.
