We decided to work with Divisions Unlimited Inc. initially because of Roger' desire to listen to our home renovation needs and provide thoughtful insight. He took the time to ask questions, provided alternative suggestions and really helped us to define our overall renovation goal. Throughout the project he took the time to answer our many questions and made sure our experience was a positive one. We could not speak well enough about Divisions Unlimited and our beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. We look forward to working with them again.

Amazing process! Was worried about the kitchen and bathroom being renovated at the same time but Roger and his team were the most professional contractors I have ever seen. On time and on budget yes, but an amazing effort and impeccable attention to detail made this project go so smooth and easy, I almost forgot we were renovating the house! Roger obviously takes pride in his work. 5 stars all the way.

The process was extremely positive until the end. I felt as if he needed to move on. He didn't even meet the inspectors for the final inspection. So a month later I have had no inspections.

Lesson learned -Make sure scope of work is understood, agreed to and documented. The contractor did not agree to what (details) I felt was verbally agreed to as part of the scope of work.

They are thoroughly capable, attentive, unique contractor that I have ever dealt with. He is extremely capable and thorough, and cleaned up after himself every day (nothing left out at all), which my wife really appreciated. We would highly recommend this company.

Excellent results. I would definitely recommend Roger and his team to others. Especially good dealing with change and surprises, such as defective products purchased by homeowner (me) and coordinating sub-contractors (plumbers). Honest, clean, and organized.
