CROSS SERVICES

Company does not return calls after issues with service. Was told the cleaners should arrive between 9/9:30, they showed up at 10:36. Was told the cleaning should take approx 4 hours, cleaners left at 12:42. Things were vacuumed around (small things: basket of teddy bears, baby size ottoman)not moved. Molding, cabinet doors, hanging lights, oven hood, all not cleaned/wiped down. I spoke with Mike earlier in the morning re: the cleaners not being here on time and it being a reoccurring issue and over time the decrease in quality (10 months). He asked I follow up after the cleaning, I called the following day to speak about the issues above, left a detailed message with another employee, no return call. Called again 1 week later, left a message on company answering machine- no return call. I am not sure if it is management issues, the cleaners are over scheduled, or they simply don't care about customer satisfaction but we are very disappointed in this service, and the company is outright ignoring the issues. I had been a customer for 10 months, over the 10 months I began staying home to assure a better quality of cleaning, very frustrating to have to do this especially when they don't show up on time, and the company does not care or follow through. Would not recommend their services.

The guys at Classic Shine (part of Cross Services) are the best. They picked up my car from my house, gave it a full interior and exterior detail, and delivered it back home later that day -- it was so clean, that it was like getting a new car.

We use CROSS SERVICES for several things -- housecleaning, exterior power washing and gutter cleaning. They do everything. They're very flexible, if you need to reschedule. You can pay by credit card. If there's ever a problem, we can call them and immediately get it straightened out. They have excellent quality of work. They're all terrific and communicate well. They do everything that they say they're going to do.
