Julio, the owner, was extremely helpful in explaining what he is going to do and the special issues present because of the commercial carpeting. He did not, at all, seem rushed, unlike a previous experience I had with Stanley Steemer(SS). I will be having him come to the house to see if he can help where SS did not! Great job!

They were excellent. Their price was reasonable. They had great service. Their craftsmanship was fine. Their price was affordable. I would absolutely use them in the future.
