Brian Dumais - General Contractor

Brian is very reliable, professional and does high quality of work. We have used him a couple of times to he always shows up on time and cleans up after the work is done. His estimates are very accurate and detailed. We would use him again for our future projects.

Brian completely gutted and remodeled our Master and Guest bathrooms. They had not been worked on or changed since the house was built in 1965. The end result was amazing. We were able to get rid of the old cast iron tub and plastic shower enclosure. The old sliding glass shower doors and all of the old fixtures in both bathrooms. The new shower enclosure and floors were tiled and the floors now have radiant heat. Brian also replaced the old window in the Master Bath and several other old windows in the house. The new window are not only high efficiency with tilt in cleaning ability bit are actually a little larger than the old ones giving us more light in the rooms.
Brian also replaced the front door and storm door and that was also beautifully done, We are enjoying them every time we enter the house.
The end result is beautiful and we are very happy with the work. Brian was clean and neat and was on time every day. His original estimate was right on and there were only a few add ons that were out of his control.
We would highly recommend Brian for any remodeling work that needs to be done. We are planning to have him back in the spring when the weather is warmer to replace the rest if the windows in the house.

we had put in a new hood over the stove with both lights and fan but decided not to vent it to the outside. After sever months on use, we realized that the charcoal filters were basically useless and just recirculated the hot air from the stove back into the kitchen. We had Brian come over and ent the range hood to the outside of the house. Now all the hot air and fumes from the stove go outside insted of back into the kitchen.
The work was done on time and very neatly. We were not home during the installation and the only way to tell that it was done was to see the vent. It looked like no one had even been there. Very neat and clean.
This is the second project Brian has done for us and we are going to hire him for a third.
