Dr Marie A Chartier is the specialist. She's wonderful, and really empathizes with the owners. She's helped me with a few of my cats, and I've always had a great experience with her and her staff, even when I've lost a cat.

I used them from August to January. I spent way too much money, they are way overpriced. In the past year, I have spent almost $12,000. They have all of my medical records, I'd rather not, but realistically I've gone so far down the road. I would not recommend them. I didn't have a good experience, the cost of things, and I didn't even get a diagnosis of what is wrong. It's a bad situation, I understand that there are a lot of people like them.

Very pleased with prompt scheduling, thorough history, and thorough review of results by the attending radiologist.  Equally impressive:   several years ago, another of my pets was treated at IVG's Mass Vet Referral Hospital in Woburn.  When I signed in to IVG MetroWest, the receptionist asked delicately and sensitively whether the pet treated 8 years ago in Woburn was still with me -- she is not, (has died in the intervening years)  but I was impressed: by their recordkeeping.

Everything worked out great and it turned out our dog was okay. They were excellent and really care about animals, people and their calling to this work. I would highly recommend them.
