Furniture - Sales
I spent $3,000 on a sectional couch and it was a horrible experience from the word go. First, they deliver the wrong fabric and color but because it was not denied at delivery, they wouldn't take it back. I fought back and forth for over a year about it. When I finally contacted the corporate office, they were not only unhelpful, they were rude and nasty. They constantly tried to blame the manufacturer and said it was not under warranty. In short, these guys are like professional used car salesmen and they don't stand by their product. The showrooms are pure class and the people are pure trash. I will never shop here again. Shame because they carry great stuff but they don't stand behind it.

Furniture - Sales
I have used the Westborough store in the past and they have been great. Natick from the sales people to management are awful. Not only did they mess up my order, they didn't call back, or care when we called in. The product broke a month later and the service was just as bad. One pillow cover zipper came off. After a month they sent me a new cover in a plastic bag through UPS, I had to put it on myself. Service and product is what I would expect from Bob's, actually Bob's is better.

The people there were nice and good. They provided us information and gave a demo chair for us to sit on which I liked. They offered a good price and they delivered it within two weeks. They were also knowledgeable and helpful.
