The last time I went for a tuneup they did not do my inspection which was due in two weeks so I ended up getting a ticket for that.

part was immediately ordered and installed without delay. I was very pleased with the service.
I have used Bernardi whenever I get a coupon or deal on oil change or other service special, otherwise I try to avoid them due to their high prices. This latest time they noted the rear brakes where worn (which I knew was true) and didn't feel like shopping around so I told them to go ahead and do the work. Cost was probably $100 more than I could have gotten elsewhere, but I didn't have to spend time rescheduling and waiting again.
The $60k service on a newer Honda is joke; about the only service needed on these cars is to change the oil regularly. If you keep the fluids topped up, check the brakes, replace the air and cabin filters and rotate the tires everything else is probably not needed or is overkill.
Under no circumstances should you pay $90 to replace the cabin air filter; it's available for $15 either on-line or from an auto parts store and takes 5 minutes to replace yourself. Check out You-Tube for easy how-to videos.
Overall quality of work is good and have no complaints with the work done.
