Lawn Tool Repair
Their price varies on how old the snow blower is and also varies in how much stuff needs to be done in the engine. They charge an extra fee to come and pick it up.

Lawn Tool Repair
The quality was fine. They should look at their prices with some of the things. You could buy a brand new snow blower for the cost.

Appliance Sale
I have a small one-stage Toro snowblower that I first took to Annesi's in the winter of 2013 because it failed to start. I was told I use "old gas" and the carburetor had to be cleaned. A charge of approximately $150. I followed their instructions on how to avoid the problem (drain the gas at end of season, use fresh gas with additive the next season, etc). Having done exactly as told, the snowblower would not start the beginning of winter 2014. Back to Annesi's for another carburetor repair for another $150 bill.
After explaining that I had done everything they instructed me to do, I was advised to buy a $12 bottle of treated gasoline that I could run through the machine at the end of the season, leave in the tank, and I would have no starting problems the next winter.
Sure enough, the machine failed to start this winter of 2015. Back to Anessi's to explain the 3-year problem. The owner really didn't care, reminding me that I only had a 30-day warranty after each repair. Interesting because the snowblower is not used too often in the summer, even in Boston. Yesterday I received a call from Annesi that the machine was repaired. Yes, the carburetor for a cost of $195!! $500 over 3 years with no guareentee that the problem won't happen again. I told them to keep the machine and I would buy a similar small machine on sale at Sears.
