I called them up and asked when would it work for them to come over. My job was not a big one I felt. I knew he was busy as most are in the winter. I call the office and left a message. Jeff called me back with in a day and set up and appointment for a week away. When he came over he explained all the option and said they could be here in about 3 weeks. I said great, at you time. About 10 days went past, I got a call that some time opened and they could come over. I was more then happy to have them sooner so it all worked out. Two day later they were all finished and out. I never knew they were here except to give them coffee once in a while . I am please very happy with the work.
