Bartlett Tree Experts has been providing scientific tree care since 1907. A 3rd generation, family owned business, our mission is the maintenance and care of the health and beauty of trees and shrubs. We are an international organization, with offices in Canada, England and Ireland. Our Research Laboratories advises us about the latest technological advances in arboriculture and assists our arborists with training updates. The laboratory networks with professionals at universities, government agencies, and allied industry groups. This enables us to provide state-of-the art procedures and techniques to our clients. Our arborists consult with other professionals for common projects and community interests. Our unique position in the green industry helps us further arboriculture as a science and a profession. The service turned out very well. They did exactly what I asked them to do. They cleaned up nicely afterwards. He came out and was friendly and knowledgeable. This was at our summer home so they had to do the work without supervision. I was pleased to see the work.

They were amazingly responsive time wise. They were trying to rescue a tree before the storm and had done a lot of work on it and then they came by after the storm when the tree came down.  They had to take it out and remove it.  We must have been first on their list.  There wasn’t a lot of damage on the cape, but they were very quick to respond to us.  For the total amount of work that we had contracted them for originally when the tree came down, they basically didn’t charge us much extra to get it gone.  They have a preventative service for the winter moss problems that we have here on the cape.  They come in and do some spraying in 2 stages, and it has done a really good job of keeping our trees from being totally devastated in the last couple of years.  We will use them again in the future.

It was fine. It is great. It always is. With the tree removal, you never know that they were there. They are very careful of other plants around the tree.
