Bulldog Handyman 978-821-1617 Hi, my name is Anthony Maltacea. I have 31 years experience in the heating field and have worked all 32 years with one company. I have decided to make the Handyman business my full time job. I thank all of my great customers for making this possible. . I have knowledge of electrical, piping, carpentry, small renovations, steam heat, forced hot water heat, boiler installations, and small repairs around the house such as hanging shelves, pictures, closets, doors, repairing molding and always have great referrals for jobs that aren't in my comfort zone. It wasn't a straight forward installation, but Tony knows what he's doing and I am really happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely hire him again.

Tony was able to troubleshoot and fix the storm door immediately upon visiting our house. Also, he got a quote for us on our shed roof! It is refreshing to meet someone straightforward who will tell you what he is comfortable doing or not, who can bring in the right people for most any job (it seems) that you may have. Professional, friendly, and punctual.

I highly recommend Bulldog Handyman! We are so lucky to have found him! Tony is the full package, as nice and personable as he is knowledgeable! Gets back to you quickly and is prompt to get the job done. He has helped us with multiple small jobs now, sealing foundations cracks, installing a range hood and replacing the outside vent, also great help with recommending the right people if the job is too big. Call Tony, you will not be disappointed!

Tony is fantastic. When he came to provide an estimate and then returned to do the work, he was exactly on time, professional, friendly, and explained exactly what he was going to do to complete the work. He's a pleasure to work with, definitely knows what he's doing, and is respectful (cleaned up after he was done). I'm already planning to hire him for a garage organizing job! I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

Tony is very professional and responsive. He provided guidance and advice. I called tony with an urgent request. Our basement was flooding. He graciously agreed to cover the bulkhead with a tarp and sandbags. He displayed the utmost professionalism and humor. Which is needed in this bad situation!

Tony was excellent. He was very patient and precise in measuring to make sure it is centered and where you want it to be. He was punctual and also left the work area clean. He used his own hooks, screws, etc. so the wall art and the floating shelves are secure. Definitely will call him back.

Tony is responsive, talented in many aspects of home repairs, prompt, creative, thorough, trustworthy and reasonable. He will offer suggestions to meet your home repair needs and he has a network of references if the job you’re looking for is beyond his scope or if it requires specialty attention. He has a positive attitude and is easy to talk to. A rare find to hire someone with so many areas of expertise that’s also just a nice person!

Our experience with Bulldog Handyman “Tony” was outstanding. From the moment we contacted him for an estimate he was professional, prompt and courteous. He arrived on the date and time we agreed upon, brought all his own tools and cleaned up afterwards better than any other contract professional we have had in to do work. He problem solved with us when we encountered a problem fitting the new vanity around the existing plumbing where someone else might have just thrown up their hands. His price was more than fair and the quality of the finished work was excellent. He clearly is good at what he does and takes a great deal of pride in his work. He also provided us with a terrific reference for someone to drywall the area of the wall where a medicine cabinet was removed and that individual was also excellent! We will definitely have him back over for some future projects.

Tony was great. He was honest about some of the potential risks of lowering the mantel. He offered great suggestions, and did a great job. It looked as if it was never touched when he left. He was always pleasant to speak with and cleaned up after each project. I would hire Tony again without hesitation for any job!

I asked Tony to do some additional work within 3 weeks of first hiring him. I was so happy with the quality of workmanship and professionalism, I had him come back to do more projects. Tony was punctual, professional and completed the tasks thoroughly and without shortcuts. Took the time to do it right. He also laid down drop clothes to minimize the mess. He cleaned up after he finished. Excellent experience. Highly recommend and will call him again for future jobs. Thank You!!

This guy is the real deal. I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of household maintenance, expediency, availability. He is coming back to fit and install a door in a very old house and ultimately take care of a full list of odds and ends that have been accumulating while I was doing my kitchen renovation. Overall a good find.

Having engaged BullDog Handyman for some general tasks in preparing my home for sale, I encountered a sudden emergency in my oil fired boiler system. Boy, was I more than lucky to have developed a new working liaison with Anthony, who is a 30 yr licensed professional in that field as well! As a senior widow, with a house in an active sales negotiation, Anthony saved me with his prioritization of my need, putting in a new system and solving every associated detail to complete my installation, while handling every detail and reassuring my all consuming concerns. Tony was awesome! He was responsive, professional, personable. His rate is very reasonable. In addition to the work he did, he noticed a gas leak in basement and coached me on how to talk with National Grid to be sure they did a thorough job in checking it out. He really cares about his customers and the quality of his work. It's great to find such a reliable and honest handyman!
