Steven called me back within hours of my call, and was at my house the next day. He was efficient and professional.

I contacted Mr. Greaney on Saturday and was pleased to hear back from him on Sunday, making an appointment for Monday morning which he kept on time. He was professional, friendly and a great communicator throughout the process. He looked at the work needed, explained it to me, then worked out a very reasonable estimate on his tablet computer and per my request forwarded it to my email and the insurance company. He started work right away, stating he had other work scheduled but my no power situation was a priority. He worked efficiently and neatly, calling in his very pleasant helper at one point, cleaning up after himself and keeping me informed throughout. He finished up Tuesday morning, and called the city inspector and carefully explained the process to restore power before he left. He also explained some unsafe conditions he found and made recommendations for correcting them. The inspector passed the new service with no problem. This was a terrific contractor experience, I especially appreciated the quality of his work and his explaining things in a way that was neither dumbed down nor overly technical.  I highly recommend this electrician.

Came to the house to fix down power lines.  He said there was nothing at the house I was responsible for fixing.  It was up to the electrical company.  Then he trimmed the logs that brought down the line free of charge.  Nice guy.

Overall, he was very good. He responded right away, and the quality of work was very good. I did not really get another estimate, so I am not sure how his price would compare with others. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

Steve did a very professional job with no complaints from me.
