I usually talk to Donna and Chris. I am not sure if Chris is the manager or owner. I know Donna has worked there for many years. They are very knowledgeable on the product. They are very pleasant and nice to talk to. I know when I looked around and compared the products that I wanted to buy, they were very reasonable-above average. I might save $200 on the price of the stove but I paid $200 more on the installation and it kind of equaled out. Knowing that they are right down the road from my house, if I have any problems they have been more than willing to send the service technician to my house to address my concerns or to help fix something. I definitely would recommend if anybody wanted to buy a wood burning stove or a pallet stove because whatever they sell they have, somebody that works for them installs it. That was something that I liked. There are a lot of companies that will sell the pellet stove or wood burning stove but they don’t install it. They will give me a list of people who I can call. I have good reports on them but they are not their employee. I will definitely buy pellets from them again. I have a wood burning stove and a pellet stove and I am happy with both of them. I don’t need a third one. I have friends that are looking and I have recommended them to talk to Donna and Chris to get a wood burning stove or pellets from them.
