Kathy was there any time we needed her.  She worked around our schedules (I'm a nurse and my husband is a foreman for a construction company)  She guided us through the process of buying our first home and there was never any pressure.  She is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to homes and their worth.  I have personally recommended her to friends and family and they feel the same way!

There would be too much great stuff to say if I were to give ALL of the details. However, the Real Estate market is a tricky one and I am 100% convinced that without the professional service that I received from Kathy Essers my dream of buying and selling would not have come true. She stuck with me and guided me through the easy as well as the most difficult tasks and negotiations. I would recommend her services completely and without reservation!

Kathy is a rock star! We are picky and have probably looked at 20+ houses. She always kept our spirits up when we were burnt out . She's honest and tells us like it is which is why we love her and wouldn't trust anyone else! She's not trying to sell houses shes trying to make her customer happy and that is rare! ! 110% satisfied!!!

We got more than 1 offer within a day and sold a month later. Some work had to be done before we could close and she had a list of excellent contractors that could do the work quickly and reasonably. I was so impressed with her dedication and the amount of time spent on this. It was like working  with a friend.
