Randy Beardsley

Randy was great to work with...will help you with anything. He listens to your ideas and is very good explaining what needs to be done and will only do it the right way. He does everything to code. We hired him to do just a few small jobs and we ended up giving him a whole list of things that we wanted done. He never said anything was to hard to do and happily worked on our list. He'll be coming back this Spring to do some more work that we couldn't get to before the holidays.

Randy responded to this emergency unlike any other contractor would to get my apartment back to normal so my girls could stay there. I am so grateful he did this.

As I said previously everything went very smoothly, all tasks were performed without hesitation and in a timely fashion.
The young many was very well prepared with the necessary tools. He went from one project to the next without batting an eye.
I was very pleased and am currently working on my next list of projects.

I liked that he didn't mark up any of the supplies. He is basically a handyman. He did everything I asked him to do. He gave me a quote and did everything as I expected. He sent me an invoice over e-mail.

Randy proved to be a complete professional. He returned all of our calls promptly. When he came to our house to look at the jobs, he was so easy going, and we felt he was not out to fleece us. He always explained what he saw and the options for fixing the problem short and long term. His pricing was reasonable. His work is high quality. When he knew our plumbing job was bigger than his abilities he called a plumb right then, who turned out to be as professional as him, and they replaced and installed our water heater that day. Randy worked in our home for about 2 weeks. We were so comfortable with him we let him have a key to our house to work when we were away. Randy is by far the best handyman we ever worked with.

He is detail oriented, stays in touch, and is punctual. He makes sure things are done correctly. I am very happy and will use him again.

Randy did a really wonderful job. He was helpful and professional at all times, even sent me an email part way through the job to update me on the progress (I don't live in the property where he did the work). He discussed the job with me ahead of time and then completed it on schedule with a minimum of mess and disruption for my tenants. The end result was wonderful. The bathroom looks great (way better than it did before) and the fan is working extremely well. There is no moisture build up now at all! He installed a good quality fan that's quiet and effective. He took obvious pride in doing a good job and completing the installation in a way that would look good and be durable long-term. Randy is an electrician by training, but is adept at many aspects of home repair. He consulted with an expert colleague to make sure he did the patching and painting in a way that would be durable in a bathroom.
