Quy is very professional and his work is top quality. He came out quickly to conduct an estimate, and started the job when he said he would. He completed the work on schedule. He was extremely responsive, and even came back to touch some spots up after finishing the job. He knows his stuff. We get compliments all of the time on our wood floors. The price was right -- his estimate came in almost half of other companies, but he did not sacrifice quality. I would recommend Quy without hesitation.

Quy and his team at Perfection Hardwood Floor Service were great to work with and did an amazing job for a very good price. He was responsive, receptive, and performed the exactly as we had hoped. They were in and out faster than promised, did an immaculate job cleaning afterward, and couldn't have been easier to work with even though we were out of town while having floors sanded/stained/polyurethaned in living/dining/hall/staircase/4 bedrooms. We were referred to Quy by a friend and are just as happy with the outcome as they had promised we would be!

The company delivered just what I requested. They screened and coated my floors for a reasonable price. They showed up right on time. And they called afterward to make sure everything went OK. They also wiped up their footprints from the front porch.

Qui was incredibly responsive and flexible about providing an estimate for the work, which turned out to be incredibly reasonable. Based on the reviews on Angie's List, we decided to go with them and we're so glad that we did! He started on the date we needed him - and we were on a very tight schedule between closing on the condo and moving in - and finished on time. They sanded and refinished all of our floors with three coats of oil-based poly. The floors look beautiful and they were great about cleaning up all the dust (and there was a lot). I would hire them again in a flash!

After they were done, we noticed that the polyurethane finish looked cloudy/blotchy. We called Perfection and they came out the next day and fixed the problem that very day (turned out it was a bad batch of polyurethane). They were very professional and very responsive. Would use them again.

Showed up on time, sanded and stained floors first day. Again on time on second day and completed the job by polyurethaning all the floors. They left the house very clean, and the floors look fantastic! The cost was much lower than we expected. The crew was polite and helpful. Altogether a very good experience.

The floors had some scratches and an area of discoloration.

Quy came by and he gave me an estimate of $600 for light sanding and resealing/refinishing - which would fix all the scratches but would not perfectly fix the discoloration area, he said it would turn out a bit darker than the rest, or $800 for heavy sanding and resealing/refinishing (with one extra layer of poly I think). I went the $800 route.

He came by when promised and did a great job. The floors look brand new, absolutely perfect. There is almost no dust from the sanding in the house, which means they cleaned it up which was very nice (I'm sure sanding makes quite a bit of dust, I can still see some in hidden areas).
