The walker quit her job after just about 4 weeks and there was no one else in the company who was close enough to walk my dog.  The owner did her best to help me find a new walker and we parted on good terms.  I was really disappointed because the walker did a really good job.

Fed, refreshed water, cleaned litter, and spent time with here. Updates were texted to me upon request. And a daily update with notes on what was done was left (part of services) upon completion of needed period.

When we travel again, we'd love to have Kathy take care of our dog and cats. Everything has gone smoothly so that we want to continue the dog walks. I would recommend Comfy Cozy Pet Sitting to friends that live in the local area. Thanks for making it easy for us!

Kathy Henderson did a pre visit to meet the cats and see the house.  After we returned, we found a daily journal telling us what went on. Everything went very well!

I wish they would walk in Quincy now that I moved.

On the first time she came, I asked her to look after the cats after a week. On the last day, she lost my front door key and she had to crawl through the window to feed the cats. That was okay as I can understand that can happen. On the 2nd time, everything went smoothly. However, on the 3rd time, she shut the door to the basement and the cats were stuck down there. They didn’t have access to the toilet and they used the guest bed. We have found someone else to care for out cats going forward.

Kathy is a very kind and thoughtful professional. Her excellent dog walking and sitting services came at a time when my husband and I knew that our 12 year old female lab, that is otherwise in good health for her age, nevertheless needed and deserved some extra attention during the day while we are at work.
I was wary of some of the pricing I'd seen for various dog walkers - all the walks, the cost can add up fast - but I find Kathy's pricing reasonable, especially for the great treatment of  our dog and our peace of mind.
Also, I wanted a dog walking service that was close by where we live in case of any emergencies and we could request a visit to the house if needed.
I found Kathy's business listed outside of Angie's List, but it absolutely should be included for others to know about. The services are first rate.
We scheduled walks for a couple of times a week and at a certain time of the day. However, there is flexibility if we need to make a change, such as asking for the walk to be later in the day with my dog's diner given to her if we are going to be home later than normal.
Kathy developed a lovely relationship with our dog - Gracie loves her and she also loves to stay overnight at Kathy's house when we have something scheduled.
Kathy created a cool Comfy Cozy Pet report book for Gracie, to leave at our house to write note about how the walk went, if there was any thing unusual or interesting. I find it is a easy way for us to communicate. The book contains information about Gracie, her vet info, and contact information.
I also appreciate the CCP magnet for the fridge that has a cut-out for a picture to be posted. These little touches are appreciated.
When we were out of town for a lengthy family trip overseas, Kathy coordinated the walks with a neighbor who was looking after Gracie - it worked without a glitch. That neighbor ended up getting a shelter dog and hired Kathy's services for help with walking her new dog.
