Spoke with David over the phone to arrange time to review job.  He came by with literature and explained options available.  We went with 5 wood/viynl winows and 10 white vinyl windows, steel door for the basement entrance with a new storm door.  David came by the next day with a contract that outlined the the services to be performed and the cost of each item.  Paid for 1/3 up front and set a date for install.  Two weeks later the windows came in.  Very thorough in site preparation. The crew spent a good deal of time just setting up a path using kraft paper so as not to track anything in the house.  The job took a total of three days, and each day the house was clean when we returned from work.  Very happy with the results.  I would recommend this company.
