PERKINS ELECTRICAL SVC INC

The service went very well. One technician came out for the job in 2 different phases. The lighting and chandelier took about 3 hours and he did the coils while we were at work. He did a great job and was neat in his work. He was polite and a quiet worker. I had no issue scheduling the service. There were several occasions where he was too far out at other jobs to make it out to us.

He used a piece of equipment to locate the break in the wire underground and fixed it so that my light poles now work. He was very honest and could have charged me a lot more. I was very pleased with him.

I was a regular customer of Perkins Electrical for a few years. Every year, I seemed to need them to do something. Mike and his crew were pleasant and professional. It wasn't always the best job, but it was up to code, and it worked, and the price was usually very good.

We called Mike to do a pretty small job of fixing a shorted out wire. He came quickly, and did the work. The quality was fine. He sent me a bill. I paid online, and went on a business trip and vacation which took me out of the area. Apparently, when I paid online, I must not have confirmed the payment, or the system didn't work because Mike didn't get his payment. I got back and about 2 weeks later (about 6 after the first bill), I got a collections notice. I left a message for Mike about it, but didn't hear back. I called the collector, and paid. Never did Mike call me at any point to check with me as to why he didn't get paid. Had he made a simple call, he would have gotten paid right away, and would we will still be a customer. He did not, and we are not.

Mike did a great job and worked with us to get the project done on time and in budget.
