 + 1 moreIt went fantastically well. David was working on a house across the street last summer (2011). Seeing that he was replacing wood with PVC and how well he was doing it convinced me that he was the one I wanted for my home. By the time I met him he was pretty well booked thru the end of last summer, so we agreed on a June 15th 2012 start date.David was worth the wait! He is absolutely thorough in everything he does -- and he instills this is his team. They all worked tirelessly in 80 and 97 degree weather.They took care with everything they did including care with the rest of the house. David and his team are one of the first crews that I feel I can trust with any detail to be done right. David has proven himself to be expert in every detail particularly in the area of PVC - how it expands, how to secure it, how the join and shape it and how to blend it with the other woods on the house.The power washing was also excellent. I was very satisfied with the resulting decks as well as the rest of the surfaces.
Description of Work: Power wash entire house including balcony and back porch with steps. Replaced any rotted wood (soffet, fascia, trim, and sills) with dimensional PVC. Repair section of a garage door.Rebuild rotted sections of one window and the basement sliding glass door.Build small roof to protect the basement sliding door from the weather.Prime and paint entire house.
