ACCURATE LAWN SPRINKLER INC

AWFUL. We used them in Fall 2023 to turn off our system for the Winter. It has worked perfectly since we installed it back in 2017. We just went to turn it on for Spring and water is shooting out of our house where the hook-up is. I called Accurate to have them come out and look at it. The man I spoke to was a total jerk and told me I should have hired them earlier and paid for earlier service, and that he can't come anytime soon to look at it. They were the last ones that touched the system. He said something is probably broken. DO NOT USE this company, as they clearly don't stand by their work and will not even come see what the problem might be.

I've used Accurate for almost 20 years -- they always do an excellent job! They service most of the systems on our street and are very responsive to a quick call for help.

Last straw--will never do business with them again and highly recommend avoiding this company. They installed a system 15+ years ago and did the annual fall shutdown, besides occasional repairs. I got to be friendly with the maintenance guy and thought I was a valued customer. Customer service was always a weakness, but I took it as a amusing quirk of the company. Last June I went to turn on the system and found they had left a wire off when they last worked on it. I called and asked that they come finish the job. They said they wouldn't come for four weeks (I kept the voicemail because it was so stunning) because I don't pay them to open the system each spring. My system would be out half the summer because they wouldn't spend two minutes fixing their mistake. I asked if they really meant that my system should not function for four weeks due to a mistake they made and they were completely unyielding and unapologetic. My example was: "imagine you have been a mechanic's customer for 15 years and with the last repair he left a wire off the engine and you couldn't start your car, then he says he won't fix his mistake for 4 weeks because his other customers come more often--what would you think of that garage?" Two different people at this company failed to understand just how bad their refusal made them look. I urge people to avoid this company as they have no concept of customer service or loyalty.

Guy is very rude, left a mess in our basement, left the lid off the outside control, and ran over a rock abutting our driveway throwing it into the road, and system doesn't work

I was charged for the repairs and system turn on. System was not turned on. When I called and told them it never worked, I asked it they tested it. They said they did not. This means that they did not know if it worked. I had already paid the whole bill. Then they came out to turn it on and wanted me to pay another $100 for doing what I already paid them to do. They said it did not work as the rain detector was broken. I pointed out to them that they had been turning in on for a couple of years and the rain detector had not worked for 10 years so that was irrelevant.

We purchased the house with the existing sprinkler system, and Accurate had maintained this system since the previous owner. We have been really pleased with their work. Richard is always prompt and professional, he has thoughful suggestions and is very thorough in his work. Last spring, our first year in the house, we had to replace some of the celanoids in the system. Richard explained why the replacements were necessary, why the new parts would be better than the previous brand used, and we haven't had a problem since. This year, we needed some of the sprinkler heads repaired during our regular spring service, and Richard was able to fix everything during one visit. We also discussed adding sprinkler heads in specific areas, and he provided great recommendations on where the best placement would be, and the best size to water the area most effectively. We have had great service from Accurate and recommend them.

Great-they always come promptly and do a good job explaining everything. We plan to redo some sprinklers in the spring because of a patio, and will definitely use them for the installation.

The job went very well. The Quinzani brothers are great to work with. Mark gave us an estimate of the work, which was a fairly large job. He estimated it with different options, in case we didn't want to do the whole job at once. Once we settled on a plan, they came within a week to do the work. The work was thorough and professional. They even added loam and grass seed to areas of the yard that had to be dug up to install the new pipes. I was very pleased with the job. We also use this company to winterize our irrigation system and do check-ups in the spring. I highly recommend Accurate Lawn Sprinkler company.
