Their pricing was pretty normal, I did some comparison on that. They did a really good job. They were really not great about communication, like emails or phone calls. I would have really appreciated if they would respond to questions and things like that. A couple of times they just kind of ignored. Maybe they were just busy, I don't know. But, as a customer I would like to hear back, if I had a question.
