MIKE LYNCH ENTERPRISES

I called MIKE LYNCH in Millbury Ma because I just bought a new home need some bushes, landscaping done, some walk ways fixed and possibly stone work and patio work. I was told at the time they were busy, which I understood, but if I could wait a little over 2 weeks (18 days) they would send Mike out to give me a price. I decided to wait for a couple reasons. I wanted more than one price and the first price I got seemed high. The second being, I live in Millbury and like to do business with local people. I have several landscaping and hardscaping projects I need to get done over the next year or so and wanted to develop a relationship with someone close by. So fast forward 18 days to the day they are supposed to come give me a price, I called the office at 4:00 PM, because I had not heard from them. About 30 minutes later, a woman named Barbara called me back and told me no one would be coming today or tomorrow or any time in the foreseeable future. She was very condescending and then told me how sorry she was but they were to busy to come give me a price. Perhaps if I would like to wait till after the 4th of July, they might come give me a price. REALLY????, wait another 3 weeks, so someone MIGHT come by? Hey MIKE LYNCH, that's not a great way to do business! You have lost mine forever.
