Description of Work: Jim can do most any thing around the house. He has installed a chandelier for me, power washed my deck, taken apart then moved a futon to my family room, added more pipe insulation etc.

He can do pretty much anything except when a licensed plumber, roofer or electrician would be more suited for the job. He's also a really nice person and completely trustworthy. I have used his services twice so far and will continue to in the future.

Description of Work: I have used Jim for many years for many different projects for my 2nd home. He has always performed above and beyond all expectations. Project examples include - Anderson Slider installation, remodeling, maintenance (while away). We also had a major failure of sump resulting in 5 feet of groundwater incursion while we were away. Jim oversaw all emergency processes and installed new sump to ensure problem was solved.
