Jim was quick to respond to both of my requests, in fact he arrived the next day both times! He is very capable and meticulous. He can do pretty much anything except when a licensed plumber, roofer or electrician would be more suited for the job. He's also a really nice person and completely trustworthy. I have used his services twice so far and will continue to in the future.
