Thane and Michael Hearne assessed the damaged roof and worked with the insurance company to get approval for the replacement work. The work was fast and efficient. The roof was replaced in one day. The clean up was thorough.

In August of 2013 they came do the service (trex deck).  The service cost was about $15,000.  Let just say it came out beautifully.  For quality I would give them an “A”.  As far as the workers – there is a little dispute going on I guess between one and the others and he didn’t have the team that he thought he would have but he work out.  The owner work himself and they did a beautiful job.  For their price I would give them a “B” – they were in the ballpark with everybody else.  Back and forth emails, questions were answered and their end product was beautiful.  I think I would give them an “A” overall.  I am very happy with what they did.  The only issue is the dispute among themselves and one of the workers quit.

It was an insurance claim. They were phenomenal. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They came in with a team of 5 workers at the time they said they would at about 7:30 in the morning and they worked hard all day because we have a number of roof systems on our property. They were very neat and the yard was probably cleaner than when they started. They offered all high quality manufacturers. We had no complaints. They were very clean, cordial and polite the entire time. Their price was right in line. They worked with our insurance company prior to the project and came to our house several times before the project started. We were very pleased and we would use them again.
