Great!  Dennis arrived on-time and was very professional.  He was able to diagnose and fix our problems in less than any hour. We felt his price was fair and would definitely use him again.

He and his crew showed up on the scheduled date.  He asked a number of questions to clarify our needs, completed the work specified, reviewed what he had done and what we should do in the event we need generator power.  Very professional and kind.

Dennis arrived exactly at the time stated in a previous phone conversation to provide service.  He was very thorough in his inspections and explained things in detail after concluding each phase of our house's check-up (1 hr).  Although the source of the flickering could not be determined (I researched that this issue can be difficult to pinpoint), he did provide follow-up recommendations and allayed our fears at this point of something being seriously wrong.  Besides being pleasant to talk to and approachable about concerns and questions, his recommendations as a follow-up were clear and reasonable.  He is now on our contact list for service providers.

Dennis was a pleasure to work with.  He came to our house and gave us a free quote on what it would cost us to have him install a 220v electric outlet in our laundry room.  He quoted a flat $380, and that's what it cost.  We hired him to do the work.  He showed up right on time and wasted no time getting down to work.  The whole thing took about 1.5hrs.  He made no mess at all, and did a great job. 
We hired him a month later to do the exact same thing downstairs for our tenant.  I called him on a Saturday and he was able to work us into his schedule within 2 days.  He arrived right on time again.  He did a great job, and we were certainly hire him to do any future electrical work that would be needed in our home.

Would happily call in the future.

The job went very well and Dennis handled all of the details with National Grid and with the contractor who dug the trench from the street to my home that contains the conduit pipe through which my electrical service now runs.  Dennis kept me informed of each stage of the project.  I am grateful that I hired him and I am very pleased with the entire project.

Dennis and a helper were prompt and friendly and wasted no time. The chandelier installation was more challenging than they expected because of a design flaw but they kept working on it until they figured out another way to install it. They made sure everything worked before they left. One of the lights in the chandelier did not light and they figured out what was wrong, again a design flaw, and fixed it. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves.

We were in and out of the house. After making contact, Dennis was responsive and flexible to meet our needs. He sent Wayne who was wonderful. We explained what he wanted to do, he consulted with Dennjs and came out with a perfect solution, he covered our granite countertop and cleaned up his dust and would not accept a tip - just a token - for his time! He believes that the customer pays for services and he is paid by the owner. He also took away my empty boxes and was extremely courteous to me and my husband

Dennis was extremely professional and accomodating. He was very busy and yet went out of his way to work around my schedule. He provided a fair estimate over the phone and actually came in under the price quoted! He called to schedule when he said he would call back, and he arrived when he said he would arrive.

It was a positive experience from initial contact through completion of the work. Dennis returned my initial phone call to him on a Friday morning within one hour. He told me he might be able to work me into the schedule for the following Monday but would call me later Friday to confirm this possibility. He did indeed call back that Friday and confirmed the Monday morning appointment with me.

He worked quietly and efficiently completing all the work within two hours. Dennis and his assistant cleaned up all the work areas. Before leaving, he walked me through and explained all the work he had done and asked if I had any questions. 
Once again, it was a great experience, so easy, no stress, no mess and perfect outcome. I would not hesitation to contact Dennis for any future electrical work in our home and would highly recommend him.

Dennis was good enough to stop by before the job so we could make sure I would purchase a cooktop that worked in my installation. Two days later, he gave me a price. After I told him I had picked up the cooktop which had been on order, he was there two business days later to do the job. Cooktop was installed very well, as was the range hood. All trash and debris were cleaned up and put into trash for pickup. Dennis did a very good job in a prompt and professional manner.

Dennis and his crew explained everything and answered any questions we had. All electrical work was completed on time, with no problems. Dennis worked around OUR schedule. He answered the phone calls, answer emails and showed up when he said he would.  I believe his price was fair and reasonable. Dennis and his crew were very professional. We plan to use him again.

Dennis was prompt, efficient and friendly. He worked quickly and brought a second person, Wayne, so they were each working on an outlet in separate rooms at the same time. This also allowed them to finish more quickly so the work was actually completed in under an hour.
