The industry that I am in (Mortgage financing) has allowed me to see the bad side or the home building process. I was VERY careful when searching for my builder. He was not the lowest quote and, to me, that was a good sign. He was the consummate professional from the onset. Up front with all costs and not once did I feel I overpaid. The craftsmanship that was put into my home is among the best I have ever seen.
