We find Steve and his crew (including subs) to be extremely capable and professional. They are quiet (quite a feat for contractors), very neat and very polite The price is fair and each person he brings to the job has decades of experience in what they do. No one is "learning" on our job. We got 4 quotes before we decided to work with Steve and his team, and we are very happy with his work. We will definitely be using him again on a couple of new projects we'd like to do. Steve bills his work based on milestone achievements, and keeps the job moving along on schedule.
