 + 0 moreQuote went great, friendly contractor, and stated quote would be done in about a week. Over a week later I contacted their office asking if the quote was ready, the receptionist stated it will be in a couple days and I will get a call. Never got one, so I called again, same thing. Here I am writing this review in January with no call back, ever.
Description of Work: Came out to quote a basement kitchen install, and second set of stairs from the deck.

 + -1 moreHe arrived on time, was very courteous, seemed to know what he was talking about and had some great suggestion for the remodeling we wanted to do. He said he would have an estimate ready in a week. It has almost been a month and we have not heard back. We have called three times to follow up. We have not even gotten a return call.
Description of Work: He came to do an estimate and to talk about what we wanted to remodel in our home. He stayed for about an hour discussing different options and ideas.

 + 0 moreWe find Steve and his crew (including subs) to be extremely capable and professional. They are quiet (quite a feat for contractors), very neat and very polite The price is fair and each person he brings to the job has decades of experience in what they do. No one is "learning" on our job. We got 4 quotes before we decided to work with Steve and his team, and we are very happy with his work. We will definitely be using him again on a couple of new projects we'd like to do. Steve bills his work based on milestone achievements, and keeps the job moving along on schedule.
Description of Work: Steve and his crew are doing an extensive remodel of most of the main living spaces in our house (six figures worth of work). Moving the kitchen from one side of the house to the other, adding in or redesigning 15 windows and a new set of exterior doors, adding in a giant dormer, adding in radiant floor heating, and adding in a fireplace. Steve is handling everything, which involves roofing, tiling, granite, plaster work, cabinetry, painting, whole house music and alarm work, electrical, all types of flooring (tile, hard wood and carpet), etc.
