ROBERTSON FLOOR COVERING

There was a small window of opportunity to get this room carpeted as this was an apartment between tenants
and Robertson Floor Coverings came in and replaced it fast within one day I believe.

They measured ahead of time, and brought samples to the house so we could match our existing flooring.  They said it would take 1-2 days.  The gentleman who did the installation arrived at the appointed time, worked all day, and at the end of the day it was finished. He was pleasant and professional, and did a fabulous job.  There was nothing at all to clean up after he left.

This is the second time we have used Robertson.  The first time they installed vinyl flooring in a bathroom, did a wonderful job, and it still looks new.  We will certainly go to them again when we need flooring.  They carry quality flooring of all kinds. I can't say enough good about them.

The service went very well. One technician did the vinyl flooring and two technicians did the carpeting. They completed the job within 1 day. They were very professional and did good work. The vinyl installer did an outstanding job. Everyone did a good job with the cleanup afterwards. They are a good solid company.The pricing was competitive and scheduling was easy.

I didn't purchase anything or have them do any work for me. They were very helpful and very professional. The gentleman whom I spoke with, I think he is one of the owners, was very professional. I went into their store and looked at merchandise and talked to them on a few occasions about appropriate floorings for my situation and other things. I spent a lot of time with them. I didn't get a written estimate. I would recommend them to other members too based on their customer service when I was in their showroom discussing products. They seemed like a very good company and I would go back to get high-end estimates. The quality of the service that they gave me in their stores was excellent.

I am very pleased with the service provides by Robertson's Flooring. They have a very complete selection of products to choose from and the staff are very helpful- they readily provide product information and make you aware of all of your options. The installation of the floor went very well - Danny the installer did an outstanding job - the floor looks beautiful, there were to me what looked like challenges to installing the floor but Danny made everything come out great. Thank you for such a job well done. I will definitely use them again.

It went very well and they are a very nice company. I liked that they had a large amatory of stuff to look at, a lot of different styles and we could pick out exactly what we wanted. They had a good price and were competent. The guy that did the installation works for them and did an excellent job. They were very good and I was very happy with hem.

They were very clean in their work, particular and very easy to work with. Their prices were also good. They did good quality work and were pretty responsive.

Contacted Robertson's after a couple of failed attempts with a 1-800 #'s. Visited their showroom, picked out some samples and then they came to measure. They reviewed how the job would be installed and in the bath where we had a water problem how they would install the tile to eliminate the problem. We had three of the Robertson's installers come to our house. First was the tile installer Lee, he did a great job, was extremely neat and very detail oriented with the layout of the Listello border. Next was Danny with the wood floor, he did a great job and was fast. Last was Hutch, with the carpet, he was very nice, professional and did a great job for us. He also moved our bed back into our bedroom for us. We had a great experience with Robertson's and would use them again.
