QUALITY INSULATION & BUILDING PRODUCTS INC

We bought a new home from a builder in October 2014 who used this contractor to install a gas fireplace.  The fireplace has two burners, primary and secondary, with individual control of flame heights.  This past spring one burner stopped functioning, so the builder referred me to the rep for Quality Insul.   I called and was told that he would get back to me.  Had to call back repeatedly and was not able to a get a service appointment scheduled.  I have lost count of the number of times I have called and the number of excuses I have received including: the experienced service tech is out with an injury and they do not want to send the less experienced guy by himself; the experienced service tech has not come back yet; the experienced service tech is not coming back, he has left the company; the service manager questioned whether or not our unit even has two burners (DUH!); the rep came out to verify that the unit has two burners and that I was operating the controls properly.  That was 6 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back yet.  The rep no longer answers or returns my calls.  Just left him a voice mail ultimatum; a scheduled service call in the next two days, or I will blitz the contractors parent company, the fireplace manufacturer, the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can think of.  Do not do business with these bozos.

Did a first class job. They did gutters and downspouts. I would use them again. Listened to what I wanted and worked non stop till the job was done

They came and did the job and were punctual. I like the gutters as they are a .032 gage.  My experience was very good with them
and would recommend them.  Prices very reasonable.

The price was reasonable. They were the lowest priced vendor. The quality of the job was very high and they did a good job.
