They were excellent, they came out powerwash and sprayed 2 quotes on the exterior of the house, they did some carpentry also minor repairs at no additional charge, and they communicate well with customers. I highly recommend them they are at the very reasonable price I am very happy with their work.

Excellent The guys did a great job

Ozzie and his crew did a very nice job! Showed up + completed the work when promised. Work looks great. Did some fixes to walls where needed (minor old cracks gouges). Were very careful at moving furniture etc, re-hanging stuff after completing the work. Very minor punch list (bits of clean-up and touch-up) which they took care of immediately.

I had a previous review for Ozzy. I stated i did not hire him because my realtor recommended someone else even though he was about the same money and very reasonable. What a BIG Mistake! The other painter came in and completely destroyed the place. Paint everywhere except where it should have been. Used wall paint on the ceiling and visa versa, holidays everywhere, not a straight line in the whole place, painted over nails and outlets. It was CrAzY! I fired him and hired Ozzy to fix it. He honored his original price and even took a little off since the previous painter did sorta prime it. He fixed all the nail holes and every line was perfect. There was one spot he missed and a bunch of spots an electrician made "new work" to be done and he came right over and touched everything up no charge. I feel bad that has been 2 years since my original review but better late than never" and good work ethics never go bad, they just get better!

Great! While I did not end up hiring Ozzie he was a contender. I got 4 estimates, one was 1900.00 the next was 5000.00 and he and another were at 2800.00! Threw out the lowball (really concerned about why so low) and the high one tossed too as he was way out of whack. Ozzie was very personable and polite, drew up a good estimate, made great suggestions and I was almost going to hire him on the spot. But he was my first estimate so I had to wait out of good practice to get multiple estimates. The only reason I did not hire him was because the one I did hire had a working relationship with my realtor and was highly recommenced by my realtor. I feel it adds a layer of assurance things will go well since if it was bad my Realtor would intervene and help or he risks losing the referrals. Anyhow I do highly recommend if you are considering Ozzie you give him a try. He quotes a fair price, and I just felt like I could trust him to do a great job.
