It only took him a day to complete the work. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. I would recommend him.

I have left two voicemails with this builder, one at the beginning of October and another 3 weeks later. I still have not gotten any call back or response. The reviews on Angie's List are very positive so I'm surprised by the lack of follow through from this company. If they can't even return a phone call I don't feel comfortable being locked into a contract with them as they work on my house.

I continue to use Joe Testa because I really like that they come when they are supposed to and their prices are reasonable. It is easy to get in touch with them. We use them for everything and have been using them for almost 15 years. He has done two additions, all our windows, and out front porch.

We felt that the pricing was reasonable and it has held up great, so we are glad we did it. He was great. He is very old school and we liked that he was onsite and we liked that it was his son Cory that did the labor. We have done two additions and the windows with him and we always go back to him. He has actually done the porch twice and that is how long we used him. His prices are very good because we still do compare prices.

He does an excellent job and very efficient. He does what he says he would and is fairly priced. He cleans the place before he leaves and I will continue to use him in future.

He was very nice and his price came in very close to the person that I am using. Unfortunately, he never gave me a written estimate, he was very slow in getting back to me, and I had to call him to remind him of our appointment. He didn’t bring samples and he wasn’t as prepared as the person I chose. I thought he was a sweet guy and he brought his son who was nice, but he just wasn’t as on top of things as the person I chose. It was a big job and he didn’t seem that interested.

Great. He came up the day I called him and fixed it the next morning - no charge. I would really recommend him to anyone in the Milford area. He's Old School, but I like that.

Joe not only showed up to do the appraisal when he said he would he accomodated my schedule by coming at 7am. We had a leak in our roof and joe diagnosed as a issue with siding which was installed incorrect by the previous owner, rather than selling me an entire new roof as I had requested (for more money) he provided accurate diagnoses you can only get from a true professional. I Would highly recommend Joe he is a true professional who tells the truth and follows thru on his word, I could not be happier!

It was a great experience. Joe was very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We didn't even need an architect. He sat down with us and we drew up plans for what we wanted. When we came home from Brimfield with two stained glass windows, he put them in for us and framed them beautifully. He also did the corner window seat we were hoping for, with storage below. Our house is an antique colonial and the addition blends perfectly, inside and outside - it looks like it has always been there.

Excellent. Testa was one of three roofers I asked for quotes. His price was not the lowest but he was very knowledgeable and provided references that raved about his work. One reference was on her third job with the company. Joe started and finished when he anticipated. His crew did a neat job and cleaned up as if he had never been there. Both families and the adjacent neighbors were very pleased. He found more soft spots than anticipated, called about what it would take and charged a very reasonable amount. He also underestimated the number of layers to be removed and did the job without question or additional charge, mentioning it only after he completed the job.
