Description of Work: Needed a new bathroom fan and a smoke detector replaced. Since the smoke detector was only two years old he replaced it free of charge since he had originally installed it. This is the 3rd time we've used this company

Description of Work: They wired first floor and finished basement. You must be very explicit detailing your requirements with this contractor. For example I asked for dimmable led ceiling lights but they were useless because they never put in dimmer switches. I had to replace the switches myself. Basement was wired with entire front half on one circuit. I had to pay another electrician $1200 to fix inadequate wiring performed previously by this electrician on both first floor (where living room, outside lights and 2 bedrooms were placed on same circuit) and basement that also had inadequate wiring for lights, outlets and modern technology. They don't know how or want to learn to wire cat 6 ethernet so I did it. They also undersized the hvac system making it take a long time to heat or cool. I redirected Ceiling vents to get better heat and cooling to the rooms receiving the poorest temperature control. They really need larger vents in some rooms to push more heat and cooling to the bad rooms that are (too cold in winter, too hot in summer). If I set thermostat at 72 the worst rooms can be 65 in winter and 78 in Summer. Every thing seems to be done to keep their costs down at the expense of quality. I changed out most switches with decorator style so I could re-ground the wiring to eliminate the shocks we were getting all the time when we turned lights on or off.
