We paid for his services last summer. He knocked on my Elderly mother's door looking for money after Christmas. This is outrageous. The account was in my name and thus the owner should have contacted me by emailing me an invoice. and/or taking me to small claims court., but to knock on my mothers door feels like elder harassment. The person who answered the phone when I called Hocol was rude and was adamant that knocking on doors is an appropriate way to collect a balance. I am a small business owner and landlord and have never knocked on a door to collect an unpaid balance. I have filed a compliant with the BBB and contacted the Attorney general's office.

Could not be any more satisfied with the service provided. They accommodated a short notice service to meet my schedule. Workers did an amazing job - didn't realize how much the windows needed cleaning until you see it done! . They were able to add gutter cleaning on the same day. Great service and value - will use them again for sure.

The completed work was excellent! House looks great, windows sparkling clean. Daniel was prompt, professional and friendly. Had to reschedule due to weather and fit us in very soon after the original date. Price was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier with the results!

Hocol did an excellent job. I was a little skeptical because the house was really gross. Now it looks new and it actually smells clean. I got the $349 pressure washing deal and had them do the gutters ($125 extra). They called about 1/2 hour after I signed up. They came out less than a week later. They were professional and extremely nice. I'll definitely hire them again.

Everything went very smoothly. I called on a Saturday morning about getting my deck cleaned and as they were in my area, they added me on at the end of the day. They came as promised at 4:30 pm. They provided all the information that I needed and I decided that I wanted them to pressure wash my house in addition to cleaning my deck. They worked constantly with great attention to detail. My two-story house was very dirty (and moldy in the back) and gutters hadn't been cleaned in a while. They took care of everything. My deck was slippery with mold before the cleaning and now it looks like new. They did a fantastic job with everything - with no damage to the old deck wood. (They even washed my car!) I couldn't be more pleased with the results and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Daniel and another worker were on time, got right to work, and completed the job efficiently. They were very professional and pointed out a couple things they noticed on the roof. I’m happy with the job they did.

Daniel and his assistant were scheduled to clean and fix our gutters - they were a bit late, but responded promptly to my text messages. They were able to clean the gutters and caulk a few joints which were leaking. Overall, they did the job well

Daniel and his team arrived on time as planned. The gutters are high up and had not been cleaned in several years. They did a great job cleaning all of them and also cleaning any debris up that came off of the house. Also, the team was pleasant, helpful, and professional.

Excellent job. Our house siding, porch railings and deck floors had lots of green mold. Our entire house looks brand new. Daniel removed all the dirt and mold. He was punctual, professional, courteous and worked non-stop until it was finished.
