The project went really well. We are very happy with how everything turned out. George was great to work with and we would definitely recommend him to others. He helped us configure a layout that made the most use of space and the end result is a great new space.
His subcontractors (plumber and electrician) were great too. They were all really knowledgeable about code requirements and all were professional. The basement came out great - the workmanship is high quality.

the whole process was straight forward. He even found 15 yr old tile and matched it in just a few day. The work area was immaculate at the end of the day. No mess. And then they took away all the tear down junk. I am very pleased with his teams services. The work was done on time.

George responded to our inquiry for an estimate right away and came over to survey our space within a few days of contacting him. He spent a long time with us going over every detail of what we wanted and offering us ideas in different price points. He was honest from the start regarding pricing, he was enthusiastic and genuine. Throughout the project we continued to ask George to tackle more projects for us and he accommodated our ever request. His crew was professional and polite, they cleaned up after every work day and were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with George and his team in the future!

It was a pleasure working with Grassey Remodeling. George was willing to commit to a small job. My house was built in 1890 so I had a custom door made and a replacement window installed. He was reliable,on time and always called with updates. All work was done as expected and he always left the premises clean.

George was amazing from start to finish, the job was small but was completely finished in a day and he did everything just as we wanted it. He is very honest, communicates very well and often, and I would not hesitate to use this company in the future for any work we needed done. Can't recommend him enough!!

I contacted George after my husband and I bought our house with a 203K Rehabilitation loan. We were given $30,000 to make updates to our house which is 110 years old. George was very honest from the beginning. I was comfortable enough to tell him that we were trying to get as much done with the money as possible; a fact that he could have easily taken advantage of. However, George was able to stretch our money to the point of accomplishing just about everything we included on our "wish list", which could be considered a miracle. While the work was actually being done, George's crew was very timely. Everything was completed in about a month and the guys came over whenever possible (even some Saturdays). They were a very fun group to work with and the end product is very high quality. The plumber and electrician George contracted were also very good and finished their work quickly and with great quality. George, as a general contractor, was fantastic to work with. Again, he is very honest and was more than willing to work work with us in figuring out exactly what we wanted. He provided great advice and allowed for discussion while we were deciding what would actually work in our house. In relation to that, he was also great about respecting the age of the house and our wishes to keep it as close to original condition as possible. Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Grassey Remodeling and plan to use him again for any future projects.

I have been planning on doing this project for years and was really looking for the right company to do this job. Grassey Remodeling came in and provided a free estimate for the project, gave an overview of what would have to happen, how long it would take and how much it would cost. My first impression of this company was that they seemed very friendly, organized, professional and that they really had it together. I was impressed with the owner of the company, George Grassey, and all of his people that came in to do work on our home. Once they began the job, there was not a day that went by that I did not get some sort of update on the progress. I was provided detailed invoices and really felt like I always knew what was going on. Everyone showed up on time, did the work and the bedroom turned out absolutely amazing! I can not recommend this company highly enough for any home project that you might have. You will not be disappointed!
