FRANK'S APPLIANCE SVC

Our stove was making a bad gas smell and Frank's appliance came out to take a look. Ralph was great. Took the whole thing apart inspected everything and took care of it. Would definitely hire again.

They needed parts and they ordered them. The parts came in, in the time frame they stated. They installed the parts and everything works perfectly.

Fixed dryer, (about 12 years old) cleaned it out also, works like new!!

The repairman identified the issue (it was a problem with the disposal which had been installed improperly - not by Frank's). The issue was resolved.

It was great. He arrived within the promised window and was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. He also did some overall maintenance on the dryer while he had it taken apart. I was very happy with the whole experience. And, I didn't have to buy a new dryer!

They were very good. They were very helpful and good pricing. They did the installation and took away any old stuff I had.

Phenomenal service from scheduling to the actual work done.  They were upfront, honest, quick, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced.  Tom was knowledgeable and approachable.  Top-notch company and highly recommended.  I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

I worked with Chris and he was extremely helpful and responsive.  He arranged to have the new appliance delivery coordinated with other work being done on the house and was willing to accommodate a tight schedule with time pressures.  Price was reasonable for brand new stainless appliances.  Great customer service and value.

They are extremely professional. Paul had to come back 4 times. But, he is great and did the work quickly. Their prices are fair.

He's excellent, will service everything and very fair prices. They're good folks. They have good prices, he's just a small business man but he manages with the buying pull up. They know their equipment very well not like going to other companies or some of these places that people really don't know their fridges and washing machines, their salesman know it inside and backwards and the service is excellent.

Circuit board in the fridge was out. They called me back for an appointment for next day, ordered the part and three days later installed the replacement, it worked. Just as important it stayed working. Timely and within estimate, would use them again.

People we spoke to we're nice and courteous. The service person showed up at the time they had indicated. Overall work took less then two hours.

Now the entire floor downstairs, including the basement smells like mildew. I have a toddler breathing this smell in. Franks Appliance was fine, they were able to point out what happened.

The price very reasonable. I have a warrenty with them. I was recommended to go to them by a friend and I was very pleased. From the selection in the store to the intallation in my home, I had an overall very good experience.

It was $99 for the first half an hour and every 15 minutes is $25. They did a good job but it is costly.

We have been quite pleased with their ability to service our appliances over the years. I would recommend them because they're responsive. The repairmen seem to know what they're doing. The gentleman was very cordial and efficient when he was here.

Everybody likes them. They are very punctual. They are small business in the community, compete price wise and the service is excellent. The same gentleman comes into my house every time. They don't try to oversell you and if they can't do something then they will tell you it's not worth investing in. I have recommended them to others as well.

I have tried to call them because when they serviced my dryer they hit my washer. The next time I ran my washer the hose was out and I had 2 inches of water in my bathroom dripping down the ceiling to my basement. I contacted them regarding this also without much assistance. When they installed my washer they hit the dryer and broke the dryer vent, I thought they had just knocked it at first. It ended up costing me $150 to fix it. I mentioned it to a salesperson when I was in the store and they wrote down my name and number and stated that Frank would call me and he never did. I have called them twice also without a response. I did find the salesperson difficult to talk to when I was purchasing my washer.

The appliances are good, the communication is just not there. The prices are competitive. If I need appliances again I may go to compare prices but I am somewhat afraid to use them again since they have broke something now twice at my home.
