Finish First Floors

Finish First floors is a unique company in now days in terms of quality of work, and professionalism. When any of my rental units have a flooring needs i know who to call. My rental unit needed a hardwood repair, I called and was answered right away got a competitive quote based on photos as well as a short lead time to start and finish the work. Greg (the owner) let me know when he was on his way and showed up at the scheduled time. The job took two days to complete and was executed to the highest quality standards. I would definitely recommend Finish First Floors and will hire them again when the needs arises.

Greg was awesome - always kept us informed of the status and what would be the next steps. His work was perfect we are so pleased how the floor came out There are not enough stars to rank him - way more than 5 stars

Though I did decide not to use this pro, he came out in a timely manner. He was honest about the floor (that it was probably better as a sub floor) but said if I wanted to refinish it, he would do so. He gave me a great price. But since it was soft wood, a pine floor, and we have a large dogs I decided to wait and replace the floor at a later date when the budget allows. I appreciated his honesty and price. I will hire them when we get ready to do our other floors.

Hired to put in a 3 1/4 oak hardwood floor on our first floor. Work was very well done considering how not square our house is. I am very satisfied with my new floors!

Greg at Finish First Floors was all around outstanding! Greg came out on a Saturday to take a look at our floors because we were not sure what type of wood they were. He was able to find out what type of wood it was (American Cherry) and then figure out the best plan to redo our floors that had numerous dents, dings and gouges. He answered emails and texts very quickly and kept us updated as to what was going to be done through out the whole process. Our floors came out even better than I had imagined. These brand new floors gives our house a whole new look. I am glad we went with Finish First Floors to redo our floors before we moved in. I would highly recommend them.

Greg demonstrated a clear commitment to his work. We also were looking for a short turnaround and he was able to accommodate. The floors look great (he even added stairs to the job) and we couldn't be happier.

Greg Showed up earlier than scheduled - WOW! With surgical precision, replaced scratched prefinished hardwood in two locations of the house . Excellent job! The jobs sites were left clean. Greg is very pleasant to work with and is very professional. Will sure hire him again.
