FRANK AND HIS CREW ARE POLITE, EASY-GOING AND PLEASANT. THEY LEFT THE WORKSITE IN CLEAN CONDITION. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY GOOD AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE (HE OFFERS A 10% DISCOUNT TO ANGIE'S LIST CUSTOMERS). I ESPECIALLY LIKE THAT THEY ARE MULTI-SKILLED AND HANDLED THE PLASTERING AND ROOFING WITHOUT PROBLEM. SOME MASONS ARE LIMITED TO MASONRY. FRANK & CREW DO IT ALL. WE DO WISH HE WOULD PROVIDE MORE PAPERWORK AND WRITTEN DETAILS BEFORE AND AFTER THE JOB. THIS MADE US VERY, VERY NERVOUS. FRANK RETURNS PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. THE WEEKS OF RAIN SLOWED THE JOB DOWN BUT WE FELT THEY FINISHED THE JOB AS FAST AS THEY COULD(3 DAYS OF WORK OVER 3 WEEKS).

THESE GUYS WERE FABULOUS AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A MINUTE. SCHEDULING THEM WAS DIFFICULT BUT ONCE THEY CAME, THEY FINISHED THE ENTIRE JOB IN A WEEK-END AND THE QUALITY WAS IMPRESSIVE. PERFECTLY COVED JOINTS, FLAWLESS MORTAR MATCH AND GOOD CLEAN-UP. POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE - EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT. BEING AN EARLY RISER HELPS - THEY DID THIS WORK ON A WEEK-END. THEY ARE SENSITIVE TO THE NEIGHBORS, THOUGH, AND HELD OFF ON THE NOISY WORK UNTIL 8:30.
