Dean Mason was very friendly - but struggled with being professional. As I recall - it was about $16,000 to reside my 44x27 two-story, two-family colonial house - and 20x20 garage. His crew was what I'd call a band of merry misfits. On the fist day of the job - one of his idiotic workers - said he wanted to start working - and to him this meant demolishing my wooden bulkhead. - I was Adamant that this was NOT the case - they were only to build and replace the door to it. He stupidly debated this - I countered that it was MY house/home and I knew what was to be and NOT be done!! I turned my back and he destroyed my bulkhead!! : ( Then when Dean showed up - he refused to dismiss this dolt. -- And Dean asked to save time and effort by cutting off the ends of my wooden window sills. I don't know why I said 'yes' (shame on me!) Dean couldn't seem to budget his payroll - and a few times kept asking for advances - which for the most part - I provided ahead of schedule. Overall - for a vinyl siding job - it came out okay. More to update later -----------------------
Description of Work: In summer of 2005 - I was trying to rush to have my house resided - to catch that hot real estate market.
