He took care of everything. He's very articulate and made sure everything was working right. And even when I had some later changes that needed to be made-I bought a new microwave and needed to have the tile managed-he took care of it right away. Similarly, I had a bulge in my ceiling, and I had it fixed and he had to cut the crown molding. I was okay with it at first, but it kept bothering me. I had already paid him and his work was done, but I called him and he sent someone out to replace the crown molding around the ceiling for no charge.
