Masonry Work
The stairs came out nice. The repointing was project was scoped rather vague and I think that wasn't a good scenario in the end. Had to have them come back several times to finish the repointing project. It seemed like their internal communcation was not the best and it contributed to some of the problems. I gave them a "C" becuase I expected the work to be completed in a timely manor without my follow up for requests to finsish parts of the project. The small project lasted over several months and I had to call several times for them to come back out here to complete what was scoped. Looking back I would require them to spell out exactly what and where was going to be repointed. We are contracting masons again for this building and we will not be using them.
